🤝 Stream 1 — Direct Referral Bonus

5%  of every entry (L1 slot) — instantly to your direct referrer

When someone joins using your referral link — or upgrades to a higher tier — you earn the L1 BPS slot: 10.5% of the 47.5% payout base = 5% of their total entry fee, paid instantly on-chain. This flat rate applies at every tier. Your referral relationship is locked permanently on-chain — every future upgrade they make keeps earning you the L1 bonus.

per T3 join ($50, 5%)
$50.00
per T7 join ($1,000, 5%)
$500
per T10 join ($10,000, 5%)

Refer 10 people at T1: $5.00 instantly. The L1 rate is flat across all tiers — as those 10 upgrade to T7 ($1,000), you earn $50 per upgrade, and $500 per upgrade at T10, all from the same permanent referral relationships locked on-chain.

⛓️ Stream 2 — Chain Pay (6-Level Depth)

13.5%  split equally across 5 upline BFS positions (L2–L6) — 2.7% per level

Every single registration in the network — regardless of who referred them — sends 13.5% of the entry fee upward through 5 BFS levels (2.7% each to L2–L6). Combined with the 5% L1 referral bonus above, 18.5% of every entry flows upward. If someone joins anywhere below you in the tree, you earn automatically based on your BFS position. This is the passive engine of CryptoNova.

📍 Chain Pay follows the MATRIX, not your referral tree. The five 2.7% payments go to the members seated directly above the new member's matrix position — whoever they are. Your personal referrals pay you the 5% direct bonus (Stream 1); your referral's referral pays chain pay to their seat uplines, not automatically to you. In return, you receive chain pay from everyone who lands under your seat — referred by you or by anyone. Over time the matrix pays you from far more people than your personal tree alone.

At T1 ($10 entry), the $1.35 chain pay distributes as:

2.7% (270 BPS)
L5
$0.27
2.7% (270 BPS)
L6
$0.27
2.7% (270 BPS)

These payments are continuous — they fire every time a new member enters anywhere below you, not just at cycle completion. A deep downline generates chain pay from hundreds of entries passively.

At T5 ($250 entry), total chain pay = $33.75 (13.5%): L2–L6 each earn $6.75, and the L1 referral bonus adds $12.50. At T10 ($10,000), L2–L6 each earn $270 per single entry, and the L1 bonus adds $500.

🌀 Stream 3 — Equalization Pool (Continuous Cycle Pay)

18%  of every entry accumulates in the equalization pool — flat rate at all tiers

Every CryptoNova matrix holds 127 seats (a 7-level BFS tree). As each new member fills a seat, 37.9% of the 47.5% payout base flows into that matrix's equalization pool — equal to 18% of the full entry fee at every tier. Once the matrix is full, every new entry rotates it: the root cycles out, everyone advances a seat, and the pool distributes across all remaining seats — weighted by seat depth, so deeper seats receive larger shares. Your pool earnings accumulate rotation after rotation as you climb toward the root — a continuous drip, not a single jackpot.

~$572
T2 matrix pool per full fill 127 × $4.50 (18%)
~$22,860
T7 matrix pool per full fill 127 × $180 (18%)
~$228,600
T10 matrix pool per full fill 127 × $1,800 (18%)

Figures above are the pool flowing through a matrix as its 127 seats fill — distributed across the seated members over the rotations, not paid as a lump to one person. Deeper seats earn the largest shares each rotation, which offsets the wait — that's the "equalization." Faster-filling matrices = more rotations = more frequent pool pay for everyone seated.

Cycle-out & re-entry: at MatA cycle-out you cross into MatB — the crossing costs the full entry fee, funded half by your crossing reserve and half by your accumulated earnings. At MatB cycle-out the V8.43 additive engine automatically re-enters and/or upgrades you from your accumulated funds (re-entry → upgrade → optional double seat) — no manual action required.

🪙 Stream 4 — CNOVA Token Mining

Minted to your wallet on every entry — halving epochs

CryptoNova mints CNOVA tokens to your wallet automatically each time a new entry is registered (at any tier). The amount follows a halving schedule — similar to Bitcoin. Joining early captures the highest per-entry reward before each halving kicks in.

Your CNOVA reward is always fully backed. A T1 entry sends $0.50 to the CNOVA Treasury and mints CNOVA against exactly that $0.50 — 50 CNOVA at the $0.01 launch floor, and proportionally fewer as the floor climbs. Nothing unbacked is ever minted, so joining the matrix can never push the floor down. Epoch halvings lower the scheduled reward on top of this. From epoch 2 the reward halves each epoch (40 → 20 → 10 → 5 → 2.5) before plateauing at 2.5 CNOVA for the remaining epochs. There are 9 epochs total — the last is the Final Frontier, formula-driven by the live floor price. An epoch advances on whichever of three triggers comes first — CNOVA minted, members joined, or 30 days elapsed — so the rate can step down even in a quiet month. All three are governance-adjustable.

Higher tiers mint more CNOVA per entry due to tier multipliers — a T10 entry mints 640× the base epoch reward compared to T1. CNOVA total supply is capped at 21,000,000 tokens.

📈 Stream 5 — CNOVA Floor Price Appreciation

5%  of every entry fee backs the CNOVA floor price

5% of every entry fee flows into the on-chain CNOVA Treasury (= 10.5% of the 47.5% payout base). The floor price is calculated automatically: floor = Treasury reserve ÷ CNOVA total supply.

The floor price rises as higher tiers add backing faster than they add supply, and as early-unlock penalty tokens are burned — burning cuts supply without touching the Treasury, so the backing per remaining token goes up. And because the protocol never mints CNOVA beyond what that entry's own Treasury deposit backs, new entries can never push it down. CNOVA holders can redeem for USDC at the floor price directly from the Dashboard, with no approval, no exit fee, and no wait — vesting CNOVA is redeemable too. The cliff restricts selling rather than redeeming: matrix-minted CNOVA is cliff-vested for 180 days and cannot be transferred until it unlocks, and unlocking a batch early costs up to 50% of that batch, sliding to zero as its unlock date approaches. Both schedules are governance-adjustable.

CNOVA accrued during Genesis epoch at the $0.01 starting floor could be worth significantly more at later epochs as the floor appreciates. There is no market-price ceiling — CNOVA can trade above floor on open markets.

🏛️ Stream 6 — Community Wallet (First 1,000 Members)

Exclusive lifetime bonus for the first 1,000 wallets — paid monthly, for as long as you hold your spot

The 0.5% "Community Wallet" line in the entry-fee split below isn't just a protocol reserve sitting idle — every entry, from every member, at every tier, forever feeds this pool. What makes it special is who gets paid from it: only the first 1,000 wallets ever to register with CryptoNova are eligible to receive distributions, split into two permanent cohorts by join order.

#1–500
Genesis cohort60% of each distribution
#501–1,000
Pioneer cohort40% of each distribution

Enrollment is automatic and permanent the moment you register — there's no separate sign-up, and it's capped at one slot per wallet address for life. Once the 1,000th member joins, the cohort is closed forever; no one can buy or earn their way into it after the fact.

How distributions work: every 30 days, anyone can trigger a distribution. Half of the pool's current balance pays out — 60% split evenly across all enrolled Genesis members, 40% split evenly across all enrolled Pioneer members. The other half rolls over, compounding the pool for next month. The pool is also topped up by orphan fees — entry fees that had no valid upline to pay and would otherwise be stuck.

~$3.00
per Genesis member / monthexample: $5,000 pool
~$2.00
per Pioneer member / monthexample: $5,000 pool
~$6.00 / ~$4.00
per member / monthexample: $10,000 pool

Claim your share anytime from the Dashboard — unclaimed distributions expire after 30 days and roll back into the pool for the next round, so nothing is ever lost from the system, even if a member forgets to claim. Because the cohort is permanently capped, being one of the first 1,000 isn't just about earning chain pay sooner — it's a seat at a pool that never reopens, funded by every member who joins after you, for as long as the protocol runs.

Matrix Pool = 127 × entry fee × 18% (= 37.9% pool BPS × 47.5% payout base — flat across all tiers). This is the pool flowing through a full matrix, distributed across seated members each rotation weighted by seat depth — not a lump payout to one member. Direct Ref = entry fee × 5% (L1 slot: 10.5% × 47.5%). Passive L2 = entry fee × 2.7% (L2–L6 each: 5.7% × 47.5%). Additionally: 50% of each entry funds the member's crossing reserve and 2.5% is credited instantly to the joining member. Tier access: T2–T5 unlock together once 25 pioneers reach T5; T6–T10 each unlock at their own pioneer milestone — 15 for T6, 10 for T7, and 5 each for T8, T9 and T10 (Whale Gate, governance-adjustable). Members can also upgrade after completing a cycle or crossing into MatB at their current tier. Pool distributions require the matrix to fill and rotate — not guaranteed.

💰 Where Does the $10 Entry Fee Go?

Every T1 entry fee is split into three buckets by the smart contract — automatically, with no human intervention:

🔐 How the 50/2.5/47.5 model works: 50% of your entry fee is held as your personal crossing reserve — when your 127-seat matrix fills, this pre-funds half of your crossing fee (crossings cost the full entry fee); your accumulated earnings cover the rest. 2.5% is credited directly to your withdrawable balance the moment you join (instant earn). The remaining 47.5% runs through the BPS payout array below.

The remaining 47.5% goes to the equalization pool (18%), chain pay L2–L6 (13.5%), your sponsor's L1 referral (5%), the CNOVA Treasury (5%), and protocol reserves (6%). All rates are identical across all 10 tiers. 100% on-chain. Splits fixed at deployment. (Percentages shown are of the total entry fee. Pool and chain pay rates are flat at every tier — cycle payouts scale with the tier entry fee, not the pool percentage.)

About the Stability Rescue Fund
If your earnings can’t cover a re-entry, the Stability Rescue Fund can advance the shortfall so your position keeps moving. This is a repayable advance, not a gift. It is recorded against your account and repays itself automatically out of your future earnings — 60% to 90% of each payout depending on which tier issued it — across every tier you earn in. Upgrading a tier settles whatever is left as part of the upgrade. Your seats and earnings keep working normally throughout, and nothing is ever taken from your wallet.
⚠️ Important — Read Before Participating
CryptoNova Matrix is a high-risk DeFi protocol. Earnings depend entirely on continued network growth — if growth slows, matrix cycles slow and chain pay volume decreases. The cycle payouts shown above assume a fully-filled matrix, which is not guaranteed. CNOVA tokens are not a stablecoin and have no guaranteed market value above the floor price. Only participate with funds you can afford to lose entirely. This is not financial advice.
